Role Description Tharseo IT is seeking a senior OCI Application Engineer (Level III) to support a federal program as a subcontractor to a prime integrator. The engineer will analyze complex system requirements and lead the design, development, and ongoing support of cloud-hosted applications and supporting infrastructure within an established Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment. This is a hands-on senior engineering role centered on Terraform-driven provisioning of OCI infrastructure, automation of cloud operations, and direct engagement with application owners across development and pre-production environments. The successful candidate will bring deep, production-grade experience with OCI and Terraform and the ability to operate independently within an agile delivery team. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant professional experience, with a substantial portion in senior-level cloud engineering, infrastructure as code, and production OCI operations. - Active Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification at the Associate level is required (e.g., OCI Architect Associate or OCI Operations Associate); OCI Architect Professional certification is strongly preferred. - Demonstrated hands-on production experience administering and operating OCI environments, including compute, networking, storage, identity, and core service interactions through both the console and command-line tooling. - Extensive hands-on experience using Terraform to provision and manage OCI infrastructure in production environments, including authoring reusable modules, managing state, working with providers and remote backends, and applying infrastructure-as-code practices across multi-environment deployments. - Deep working knowledge of cloud architecture patterns, including high availability, auto-scaling, and resilient deployment of cloud-hosted applications in vendor-supported environments. - Demonstrated experience analyzing complex system requirements and translating them into technical designs, with familiarity with formal design techniques such as data flow diagrams and Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools. - Experience supporting software configuration management practices. - Experience working in agile, Scrum-based delivery teams using Jira for story and sprint management. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with application owners and customer stakeholders. - Preferred: working knowledge of Ansible for automation, playbook authoring, and configuration management. - Preferred: familiarity with F5 load balancing concepts and integration patterns within a cloud environment. - Preferred: prior experience supporting a federal program in a subcontractor capacity, and exposure to Oracle vendor support workflows. Requirements - Analyze complex system requirements and design software tools, subsystems, and supporting infrastructure to satisfy program objectives, with emphasis on software reuse and domain analyses. - Author, review, and maintain Terraform code to provision and manage OCI infrastructure consistent with established design patterns, and lead implementation of designed solutions. - Deploy and configure virtual machines and supporting cloud resources in OCI to satisfy application owner requirements. - Work directly with application teams to onboard their workloads, including third-party platforms, onto the OCI environment. - Review existing programs and infrastructure code to identify and implement refinements, reduce operating time, and improve current techniques. - Estimate development effort, cost, and schedule for assigned work, using formal specifications and accepted design techniques where appropriate. - Execute Jira stories during sprint cycles, participate in daily scrum, and provide status updates on assigned tasks and blockers. - Validate VM and application access, including troubleshooting connectivity issues that may involve network security group (NSG) rules and related controls. - Supervise software configuration management activities for the assigned scope of work. - Collaborate with peer engineers, contribute to technical knowledge sharing, and help drive the ongoing build-out of dev and pre-prod environments as additional applications are onboarded.

Role Description Rattaché au Chef de projet SI, vous contribuerez en priorité aux travaux de migration applicative d’un outil en fin de vie vers un nouvel outil Groupe basé sur Salesforce. Votre mission principale consistera à : - Comprendre les différentes versions du modèle de données, définir la stratégie de migration vers le modèle cible et concevoir les scripts de migration associés. - Participer à des missions de support applicatif, de paramétrage, de suivi des évolutions et de déploiement. - Les missions pourront évoluer selon les besoins et vos appétences. Vos principales activités : - Migration applicative et développement : - Comprendre les différentes versions du modèle de données et leurs écarts. - Identifier les règles de passage d’une version à l’autre. - Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie de migration vers le modèle cible. - Concevoir, rédiger et maintenir les scripts de migration. - Vérifier la qualité, la cohérence et l’intégrité des données migrées. - Manipuler et analyser des structures de données JSON complexes et volumineuses. - Support applicatif et analyse technique : - Participer au traitement des incidents et demandes utilisateurs, majoritairement de niveaux L1/L2. - Analyser les situations rencontrées en croisant les données issues de plusieurs outils. - Utiliser les scripts existants pour investiguer et contribuer à la résolution des demandes, notamment en Python et en SQL. - Contribuer à l’identification des causes racines et à l’amélioration continue. - Suivi des évolutions, paramétrage et déploiement : - Participer au pilotage des activités de TMA corrective / MCO et évolutive. - Participer au déploiement des configurations sur de nouveaux contrats ou périmètres. - Contribuer à l’attribution des droits et habilitations utilisateurs. - Vérifier l’adéquation des configurations standard avec les besoins métier. - Adapter certaines configurations lorsque le standard ne couvre pas le besoin, notamment via des fichiers YAML. Qualifications - Vous préparez un Bac+5 en systèmes d’information, data, informatique ou domaine équivalent, en Master 2 ou en dernière année d’école d’ingénieur. - Recherche d'une alternance d’un an à partir de la rentrée 2026. Requirements - Bonne compréhension des environnements applicatifs et des enjeux de support. - Connaissances en Python et SQL. - Aisance dans la manipulation de données JSON. - Capacité à rédiger ou maintenir des scripts d’analyse, de traitement ou de migration. - Intérêt pour les sujets de modélisation, de migration de données et de transition applicative. - Connaissances en YAML appréciées. - Connaissances en MongoDB est un plus. - Connaissances en PHP et Laravel sont un plus.
