• Drive business development and revenue generation by identifying, pursuing, and winning new client relationships with accountability for achieving significant sales targets • Own and expand strategic client accounts, serving as executive sponsor and trusted advisor to build long-term relationships that enhance BMI's brand and market position • Lead creation of compelling proposals, RFPs, and capability presentations that differentiate BMI's integrated analytics and technology offerings • Oversee end-to-end engagement lifecycle including selling, contracting, scoping, kickoff, delivery, and post-project follow-up to ensure exceptional client value • Provide intellectual leadership and strategic direction to project teams, guiding solution design and ensuring analytical rigor throughout delivery • Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams of professionals across multiple levels and locations, fostering culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience with proven track record of business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation
- Experience managing client portfolios with accountability for growth and client satisfaction
- Senior-level solution selling expertise with ability to identify client pain points and develop compelling value propositions
- Deep expertise in pharmaceutical commercial analytics including forecasting, market research, pricing strategy, market access, field operations, and commercial modeling
- Strong strategic and business acumen with ability to frame complex business issues and design innovative solutions
- Extensive experience leading and developing large teams (20+ people) across multiple geographies and levels
- Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop top talent, with track record of building high-performing organizations
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS) from leading institution in quantitative field, life sciences, or business
