Blue Matter is hiring for the Technology and Operations Practice within the Blue Matter Insights Team. Our Technology & Operations practice integrates strategy, data, and AI to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions for BioPharma Clients. The practice has developed a category-defining platform called Twine™— an AI-first customer intelligence platform purpose-built for life sciences that is already seeing strong traction in the market. The successful candidate will play a direct role in shaping, enhancing, and scaling Twine as a core capability within our portfolio. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Technology Manager / Associate Principal to develop our Technology & Operations practice with new clients, primarily on the East Coast. This leader will bridge strategy and technology, driving innovation and execution across data and AI programs that transform client operations. The role is both strategic and hands-on. You will oversee project delivery, build regional client relationships, mentor delivery teams, and provide technical leadership — while also contributing to the architecture and product evolution of Twine. Primary Responsibilities 1. Delivery & Team Leadership (40%) - Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology engagements— including data engineering, AI/ML, and analytics — ensuring excellence across scope, timelines, and budget. - Serve as the technical and delivery owner for multi-disciplinary projects involving data engineering, AI, and analytics. - Build and mentor a high-performing East Coast technology team, coordinate delivery across onshore and offshore resources. - Provide hands-on leadership in solution design, architecture, modeling, and deployment. - Establish delivery governance, quality standards, and a culture of accountability, innovation, and technical excellence. 2.
