Account Executive
The Digital Ring
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and trust • Provide high-quality, valuable strategic consulting services on each and every client account • Organize specialty teams to conduct discovery for strategic understanding of clients’ audiences, market, competitors, goals, and branding • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables by coordinating with internal teams • Analyze campaign performance, gather data, and apply insights to optimize strategies • Facilitate clear, compelling communication in client meetings, emails, and presentations • Address client challenges and internal process improvements swiftly and effectively • Identify opportunities for improvement and/or account growth
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a strategic marketing position, agency experience preferred
- Must be a problem-solver, able to react quickly to new or complex client requests
- Must be personable and able to develop great working relationships with clients and internal team members alike
- Must have excellent prioritization and organizational skills in order to juggle competing demands
- Must be a great presenter who can confidently and persuasively sell work and ideas
- Must be resilient and positive, even in difficult situations (attitude is everything here at TDR)
