• You lead strategy sessions with clients, refining their positioning and content direction. • You develop content strategies for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube that deliver measurable performance. • You build editorial calendars and scalable content systems that produce long-term results. • You create hooks, scripts and formats that capture attention and maximize retention. • You analyze watch time, drop-offs and performance data and derive concrete optimizations. • You test new formats, iterate quickly, and scale what works. • You develop series and signature formats with strong recognition value. • You edit and repurpose interview footage and raw material into high-performance content. • You actively monitor platform trends and incorporate them into your strategies. • You leverage AI tools and automations (e.g., ManyChat) to turn content into lead magnets.

• You own the CRM architecture end-to-end: clean data, smart automations, clear dashboards, and measurable revenue impact. • Your goal: increase sales velocity, reduce process friction, and provide full transparency in metrics. • Automation & AI: design flows with Make/Zapier, webhooks, scoring, auto‑tasks, and email/WhatsApp sequences. • Integrations: Typeform, ManyChat, Calendly, payment providers, ad platforms, Airtable/Notion — bi-directional syncs and deduplicated records. • Analytics & Dashboards: conversion funnels, Excel/Sheets/Airtable dashboards including alerts. • Process optimization: work closely with Sales/Account Management to identify bottlenecks, build SOPs & playbooks, and run A/B tests. • Training & Support: enable Sales/Account Management with short guides, Loom videos, and playbooks. • Client CRM training (Close/HubSpot): practical workshops and short Loom guides on setup, best practices, KPI dashboards, daily usage, and Q&A. • Funnel building (OnePage/Elementor): create landing pages/one‑pagers, run CRO tests, set up tracking, and hand over to the CRM. • Google Workspace: structure, permissions, automations (Sheets/Drive), and maintain a template library.

• Independent consulting and account management (full ownership) for financial and real estate companies on topics such as content marketing, branding, sales, lead generation, company building, scaling, etc. • Negotiation and closing of contracts, including the sale of additional services and renewals • Development and continuous improvement of products and internal processes • Consistently acquiring referral contacts • Ongoing enhancement of the customer experience • Identifying potential clients and business opportunities
