Closer, Inbound Call Agent
MTR Legal Rechtsanwälte
• Conduct qualified closing calls with potential clients by phone • Ensure a smooth transition from prospects to paying clients • Address client needs strategically to maximize conversions • Accurately document and follow up on consultation processes in the CRM system • Advise on and present the firm's premium services • Build trust and persuasion in direct client interactions • Support the team in optimizing consultation and closing strategies
Job Requirements
- Completed secondary education or equivalent qualification
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong service orientation and a friendly demeanor
- Proficient IT skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with flexibility
