• Sourcing suitable candidates via LinkedIn, Xing and other platforms • Direct outreach to potential candidates and conducting initial interviews • Applicant management and coordination of the recruiting process • Scheduling and aligning interviews with hiring teams • Building and maintaining a sustainable candidate pool • Supporting the optimization of existing recruiting processes • Maintaining and managing applicant data in Personio • Close collaboration with HR and the respective departments • Professional communication with candidates throughout the entire process
• Architecture interface + minimal service contract (API/Events) for MVP • Matter ID/data model including mapping rules & idempotency keys • Workflow layer: retries/backoff, dead-letter, replay, deduplication • Security/SSO + roles/permissions + secrets concept • Audit trail: traceable "who/what/when/why" (correlation IDs/tracing) • QA gates: E2E/regression for delivery/deadlines/audit (CI-ready)

• Act as a dedicated Sales Specialist supporting the team with a passion for sales, client acquisition and negotiations • Proactively identify potential clients and establish initial contacts • Lead negotiations and close contracts • Analyze and optimize internal sales processes • Implement and maintain sales tools for efficient customer management and CRM • Work closely with our legal team and other departments to provide optimal support • Prepare reports and analyses to evaluate performance
• Doc types + extraction schemas (top 10) including validations • OCR/extraction pipeline (edge cases: poor scans, tables, stamps) • RAG/LLM: summaries + client email drafts + action items • Confidence/checks: thresholds, rule/LLM checks, human-in-the-loop gates • QA/evaluation: golden set, metrics (precision/recall), prompt and model regression tests
