• Provide legal advice and support on international commercial matters across EVERSANA’s business lines • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including customer, vendor, and strategic partnership arrangements • Support the commercialization and delivery of services in ex US markets, ensuring alignment with applicable legal and regulatory requirements • Partner with business teams to enable execution of commercial priorities in international markets

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Law and admission to practice
  • 12–15+ years of relevant legal experience, including meaningful experience supporting international or cross-border commercial operations
  • Strong experience in commercial contracting and business counseling
  • Experience working in a global or highly matrixed organization
