Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience, preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on Engineering and IT.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior level roles specific to Embedded Systems, Firmware, Hardware, #3D Modeling and/or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for niche technical skill areas.
  • Experience in technical recruiting, preferably in engineering or electronics domains.
  • Understanding of power electronics skill sets and terminology.
  • Ability to recruit for specialized roles such as: Motor Control Engineer, Embedded Systems Engineer, Hardware Design Engineer, Battery Management Systems Engineer, Applications Engineer, Power Electronics Engineer.
  • Experience recruiting in industrial, automotive, renewable energy, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with technical areas such as: Inverters, AC/DC and DC/DC converters, IGBTs, MOSFETs, SiC, GaN, Magnetics and transformers, Control algorithms, PCB and hardware design, Energy storage systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies. Preferably Workday.
