Project Manager
TOMORROW HIRE
• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities. • Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates. • Track project activities, milestones, and deliverables. • Assist with administrative support for technology initiatives. • Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies and team activities. • Support Agile teams by maintaining project artifacts and documentation. • Assist the Delivery Manager with Agile planning and execution activities. • Promote effective communication across project teams. • Prepare and maintain project documentation. • Support business and system process documentation efforts. • Assist with project reporting and progress tracking. • Ensure project records remain accurate and up to date. • Work closely with the Delivery Manager, project teams, and stakeholders. • Coordinate activities across project participants to support successful delivery. • Communicate project updates and support ongoing operational needs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting projects, Agile teams, or administrative operations.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working within a tolling environment.
- Must be physically located within the United States for the duration of the assignment.
- Must successfully complete both phone and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum Foundations, or equivalent Agile certification with up to 5 years of related experience.
- Up to 5 years of experience analyzing and documenting business and systems processes.
