Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Draftsperson and Design Technician to work remotely with our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be embedded in a design-led studio and contribute to a wide range of residential interior projects. You will work closely with our designers to produce technical documentation, detailed drawings, photorealistic renders, and creative assets. Key Responsibilities - Technical Drafting & Documentation - Produce high-quality working drawings and construction documentation using Revit or SketchUp. - Prepare detailed elevations suitable for use by trades and cabinet makers. - Produce cabinetry drawings with precise joinery detailing and dimensions. - Develop electrical plans for residential and commercial interiors. - Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building regulations, with an understanding of Western Australian standards preferred. - Visualisation & Renders - Create photorealistic 3D renders to a high standard for client presentations and marketing purposes. - Produce accurate and compelling visual representations of interior spaces. - Graphic Design - Create graphic design elements to support the studio, including mood boards, presentation layouts, marketing materials, and branded assets. - Digital Product Development (Background Projects) - Contribute to the development of a client-facing digital product for the Tove Interiors website. - This product will involve building an interactive client questionnaire/form that generates a personalised style profile and curated product suggestions — contributing to both its design and development as directed. - Communication & Collaboration - Communicate clearly and proactively with our team via written and verbal channels. - Participate in regular virtual meetings with the Tove Interiors studio team. - Work effectively as part of a close-knit team, managing tasks and deadlines independently. - Liaise professionally with suppliers when required, including requesting quotes, specifications, and samples.
