Job Requirements
- Master's degree plus 2 years of technical sales experience or equivalent laboratory/industry experience
- Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Bioengineering or related scientific field
- Professional certifications relevant to specific product areas (e.g., Medical Laboratory Technology) may be required for certain positions
- Deep technical expertise in relevant scientific applications and workflows
- Strong presentation and consultation skills for delivering technical product demonstrations
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; additional languages as needed
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and relevant technical software
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to travel 25-50% of time to customer sites and events
- Experience developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Self-directed with ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
