This role is essential to ensuring that students, teachers, and administrators have accurate and dependable access to their Khan Academy accounts. - Collaborate with district administrators/district IT leaders and staff to successfully connect Khan Academy to the school district’s student/teacher roster to ensure accurate rosters updated daily. - Meet with district partners during the initial onboarding call to gather relevant rostering information and provide an overview of the rostering process. - Document relevant rostering details for each district partner in order to inform internal tracking and ensure delivery of high quality and timely services. - Manage the technical setup of assigned district rosters, paying close attention to accuracy. - Become a product expert and use that knowledge to help support unique district implementations. - Closely monitor new partner account activation and provide support for any issues that arise. - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding district partner onboarding and activation status. - Support internal team members with technical issues reported by their district partners. - Monitor the daily roster sync and contact district partners to confirm large roster changes.
