• Support the implementation of all shipping activities for humanitarian response programming in Cuba. • Ensure all programs and operations have the goods and services needed when they need them. • Coordinate commodity and logistics needs and challenges and implement solutions. • Coordinate with the supply chain team and relevant programming staff on logistics services. • Help identify challenges in supply chain management and provide recommendations to address those challenges. • Support the implementation of shipping, customs clearance, and confirmation of receipt by partners. • Collaborate and communicate with the procurement team to ensure timely purchase requisitions. • Provide regular coaching and support to CRS and partner staff and laborers.

• Work as part of the virtual behavioral health team, providing patient services using evidence based medicine • Diagnose and assess mental/behavioral health disorders for pediatric, adolescent and young adult patients; formulate differential diagnoses • Demonstrate appropriate clinical judgement in assessment and treatment, following established clinical care guidelines • Collaborate and communicate with therapist team and medical leadership to discuss patient treatment plans • Order and interpret diagnostic tests when appropriate • Conduct patient history and initial evaluations of incoming patients • Prescribe medications as part of the patient’s treatment regime as allowed by license • Provide both medication management and counseling for patients • Educate patient and parent on medication side effects, risk/benefits and proper usage of new medication and reasonable outcome expectations of medications • Establish and modify patient treatment plan based on clinical assessment and re-assessment with screening tools • Appropriately document each patient visit in the electronic medical record, including subjective and objective data, assessments, treatment plan, and other documentation as necessary • Communicate patient’s plan of care with behavioral health team and patient’s primary care physician • Work with members of the healthcare team in educating the patients of their medical care • Continually update clinical knowledge and skills through consultation, formal and informal education and review of literature for the benefit of themselves as well as for the healthcare team • Provide appropriate referrals when necessary • Provide supervision to psychiatric nurse practitioners

Role Description We are looking for a Rostering Specialist to join our team and oversee the technical implementation and synchronization of daily rosters for our district partners. This role is essential to ensuring that students, teachers, and administrators have accurate and dependable access to their Khan Academy accounts. - Collaborate with district administrators/district IT leaders and staff to successfully connect Khan Academy to the school district’s student/teacher roster to ensure accurate rosters updated daily. - Meet with district partners during the initial onboarding call to gather relevant rostering information and provide an overview of the rostering process. - Document relevant rostering details for each district partner in order to inform internal tracking and ensure delivery of high quality and timely services. - Manage the technical setup of assigned district rosters, paying close attention to accuracy. - Become a product expert and use that knowledge to help support unique district implementations. - Closely monitor new partner account activation and provide support for any issues that arise. - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding district partner onboarding and activation status. - Support internal team members with technical issues reported by their district partners. - Monitor the daily roster sync and contact district partners to confirm large roster changes.
