Job Description

Licensing Data Operations Specialist

Propelus

• Research for state healthcare licensing boards to determine what licenses they issue • Identify licensing boards' websites, data files, APIs, and necessary data points • Build and maintain a centralized repository in Notion for all 330+ boards • Collaborate with the Verification TPM and Government Excellence team • Serve as the go-to person for questions regarding verification sources • Partner with Technical Support and Client Success to resolve source-related customer issues • Support communication between the company and external licensing boards

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in a research, data-focused, or compliance role
  • A track record of building and maintaining "Source of Truth" knowledge bases or wikis
  • A proven ability to maintain detailed records, change logs, and technical specs
  • A basic understanding of how APIs and web scraping power data pipelines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Extreme patience and persistence when navigating inconsistent processes
  • Ability to translate dense regulatory rules for technical and non-technical teams
