ABA Scheduling & Operations Coordinator

Slash Staffing

• Coordinate and manage schedules for therapists, including RBTs and BCBA supervisors. • Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and necessary schedule adjustments. • Track and ensure alignment of treatment hours with insurance approvals. • Communicate scheduling updates to families and therapy staff. • Maintain scheduling accuracy within EMR systems. • Ensure documentation is consistently updated and well-organized.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based healthcare provider.
  • Experience in managing multi-party scheduling and calendar coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Clear and professional written communication skills.
  • Experience with EMR systems is preferred.
  • Experience in an ABA clinic is preferred but not required.
