Role Description As a Payroll Analyst GEO (EMEA), you will play an important role within the GEO Payroll Team, providing direct support to the Payroll Manager. In this position, you'll collaborate with internal teams to support benefits, HR, stock management, and sales commission processing across EMEA, making a real difference in how our payroll systems function across the region. This role will be performed in the EMEA time zone. What You Will Be Doing - Process payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner. - Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure correctness while addressing inquiries from employees and management. - Ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulations, coordinate with HR on data updates, and assist with payroll audits by providing required documentation. - Analyze payroll data to uncover trends and discrepancies. - Work with the Payroll Manager to create data-driven insights that inform payroll strategies. - Evaluate the effectiveness of current payroll systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance. Country Scope - Austria - Belgium - Portugal - UAE - Saudi Arabia Qualifications - 3+ years with payroll processing in EMEA countries - Knowledge of payroll software and data analytics tools (TMF platform experience) - Experience with HR information systems (Workday) - Knowledge of compliance regulations in EMEA payroll - Knowledge of payroll auditing processes - Knowledge of payroll tax regulations across EMEA countries - Problem-solving mentality, solid organizational skills, ability to multitask and work independently - Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze payroll data to identify and address discrepancies - Effectively collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance payroll systems and procedures - Consistently achieved high accuracy rates in payroll processing and data reconciliation - Played a key role in successful payroll audits with minimal discrepancies found.
