Role Description Oversee timely and accurate application of sponsor payments against sponsored projects in our clinical trials management system. - Maintain meticulous payment records and communication logs within the clinical trials management system to support internal tracking and ensure strict compliance with institutional guidelines. - Partner closely with the accounts receivable team, clinical trials management system helpdesk, and clinical research sites to resolve issues with study build configurations. - Work directly with clinical research sites to facilitate the completion of missing patient visits within the clinical trials management system to unlock revenue. - Collaborate with sponsors to investigate, clarify, and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied balances, and other financial inquiries, ensuring transparency and alignment between sponsor records and internal systems. - Foster collaborative relationships and seamless communication across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to obtain accurate financial reporting. Qualifications - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Requirements - Strong foundational understanding of clinical trial agreements, clinical research revenue cycle and Medicare coverage analyses. - Advanced proficiency with clinical trials management systems. - Clinical Conductor experience is highly preferred. Role Description Reporting Analyst will deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that supports business decisions and client outcomes. This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to translate business questions into clear analysis, manage a high volume of varied reporting requests, and ensure outputs are accurate, well-documented, and fit for business use.
