Partner Operations Manager
Snowflake
• Manage key partner-led initiatives across Cloud, Technology/Product, and Services partner routes to market (e.g., partner field incentive design/programs, Marketplace partner revenue, new logo acquisition/customer expansion programs). • Document and standardize processes that drive operational excellence with Partner Development Managers and the broader Snowflake organization. • Manage key metrics and reporting for the partner team and for cross-functional stakeholders. • Work with PDMs to ensure team deliverables and metrics are on schedule with deadlines and team needs. • Demonstrate the ability to create a narrative and supporting analysis to influence decisions and outcomes, not just report on analytics. • Partner with sales, marketing, finance and operations leadership to formulate and communicate overall go-to-market strategy, across sales channels, geographies and segments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics or other quantitative disciplines.
- 7+ years of professional experience with a core focus in GTM strategy, planning, operations, and/or partner management.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment; sales, marketing, product development, customer support and success, professional services.
- Experience identifying, evaluating and analyzing business performance while working across multiple business units to drive decisions.
- Experience with business modeling; operational and financial analysis.
- Advanced data analysis/manipulation tools (proficiency with SQL and Excel required).

• Research for state healthcare licensing boards to determine what licenses they issue • Identify licensing boards' websites, data files, APIs, and necessary data points • Build and maintain a centralized repository in Notion for all 330+ boards • Collaborate with the Verification TPM and Government Excellence team • Serve as the go-to person for questions regarding verification sources • Partner with Technical Support and Client Success to resolve source-related customer issues • Support communication between the company and external licensing boards
