About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented experienced Senior Accounting Manager who’s excited to support day-to-day accounting, treasury, and finance operations. This role is a mix of core accounting responsibilities and ad hoc finance projects, ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, documentation, and jumping in where needed. You’ll work closely with Finance leadership to keep things running smoothly, proactively surface issues, and help improve processes as the company scales. What you’ll do - Play a key role in developing and running a timely and accurate monthly close - Support treasury management, monitor cash balances and partner with Finance leadership to flag risks and opportunities related to cash flow - Prepare and support quarterly tax payments and filings, coordinating with external tax advisors as needed - Own and prepare monthly bank reconciliations, prepare and review accrued expenses and related schedules - Manage prepaid expenses, including setup, amortization, and reconciliation - Prepare month-over-month (MoM) flux/variance analysis and supporting explanations - Support month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting - Maintain and update accounting documentation, including Notion pages, close checklists, and process guides - Ensure documentation is accurate, audit-ready, and consistently maintained - Work in a fully remote environment! • Play a key role in developing and running a timely and accurate monthly close • Support treasury management, monitor cash balances and partner with Finance leadership to flag risks and opportunities related to cash flow • Prepare and support quarterly tax payments and filings, coordinating with external tax advisors as needed • Own and prepare monthly bank reconciliations, prepare and review accrued expenses and related schedules • Manage prepaid expenses, including setup, amortization, and reconciliation • Prepare month-over-month (MoM) flux/variance analysis and supporting explanations • Support month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting • Maintain and update accounting documentation, including Notion pages, close checklists, and process guides • Ensure documentation is accurate, audit-ready, and consistently maintained • Work in a fully remote environment!
