Role Description Each client has unique business needs and you will act as a trusted business advisor to understand their specific business pains and map them to Airtable solutions. You will work cross-functionally with our EMEA-based team of BDRs, Solutions Consulting, Services, Customer Success, Partnerships and Marketing to generate pipeline, map out solutions and ensure long-term success for new and existing customers. - Own the full sales cycle for your book of business primarily in France - prospect, develop, manage and close. - Leverage MEDDICC and Command of the Message to effectively qualify deals, build champions and forecast accurately. - Educate current and prospective customers on the value proposition of Airtable’s Connected Applications Platform. - Partner with Customer Success Managers and other cross-functional teams to grow and renew existing accounts. - Build relationships with senior stakeholders across all industries. - Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle including legal, sales engineering, implementation specialists and sales leadership. Qualifications - 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience. - 4+ years selling into the Enterprise segment. - Bilingual: Fluent in both English and French. - Strong track-record of overachieving quota throughout your current tenure & career. - Passionate about generating your own pipeline opportunities and landing new logos. - AI Fluency: You operate with AI as a core part of how you work. - Closed and owned complex deals with named accounts (5000+ FTEs). - Experience expanding initial use-cases across other teams and organizations within existing customers. - Comfortable managing and navigating a variety of high-level stakeholders with a track-record of building trusted relationships. - Trained in MEDDICC and/or Command of the Message. - Preferred: Examples of closing AI use cases into production with customers. Role Description The Senior Account Executive interacts with clients on a day-to-day basis while developing and maintaining relationships with business managers and business management firms representing high net worth and affluent personal insurance clients. This individual will prepare applications, specifications, and marketing strategy for new business as well as the renewals of assigned clients with little to no supervision from their Supervisor on difficult lines. This role requires the employee to take on the role of lead consultant and primary point of contact for clients. The Senior Account Executive may work on large, complex accounts with large premiums and multifaceted coverages. We are open to hiring remote, based out of the Western region of the US. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Negotiates terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers. - Facilitates requests and needs of the carriers on behalf of NFP's clients. - Works with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients. - Requires expertise in multi-line accounts with more complex coverages including retrospective rating plans for large lines of coverages and foreign packages. - Maintains a diary (follow-up system) to ensure policies, endorsements, and other information is received to comply with requests. - May supervise and direct the daily job activities of the Coordinators, Account Managers, and Account Executives. - Builds and maintains strong relationships with carriers and clients through regular contact and client visits. - Keeps clients apprised of appropriate industry trends and events, including all state and federal regulatory issues. - Serves as the primary insurance point of contact for business managers and business management firms representing high net worth and affluent personal insurance clients. - Collaborates with business managers to structure, place, and service complex personal lines programs, ensuring coverage aligns with the broader financial, tax, and asset-management strategies of the client. - Acts as a consultative partner to business managers by translating insurance concepts, coverage options, and carrier requirements into clear, actionable guidance. - Coordinates proactively with business managers on renewals, coverage changes, and new exposures, ensuring timely execution and a high level of responsiveness. - Builds and maintains long-term, trusted relationships with business managers as key referral partners and strategic stakeholders.
