Role Description Wir suchen Menschen die bock haben, Teil unserer Wachstumsstory zu werden. Im Juni 2023 haben wir unsere Software "TellScale" gelauncht, die in dieser Form einzigartig am Markt ist. Unsere Software ermöglicht es Unternehmen dank einer einzigartigen Technologie, planbar neue Kunden auf Empfehlung zu gewinnen. Um diese Wachstum hinzubekommen suchen wir neue Mitarbeiter*innen für unser Vertriebsteam, die im telefonischen Vertrieb Teil dieser Wachstumsstory sein möchten. Als Telefonvertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) führst du Outbound Telefonate mit kalten und warmen Leads und findest heraus, ob die Personen für unser Angebot in Frage kommen. Anschließend vereinbarst du Termine für unsere "Experten" die dann den Verkaufsabschluss machen. Dabei erhältst du zu deinem Grundeinkommen folgende Provisionen: - für jeden gelegten qualifizierten Termin pauschal 20 €. - für jeden daraus resultierenden Vertragsabschluss 2 - 5% vom Nettoauftragsvolumen. - bis zu 10% Bestandsprovision auf die daraus resultierenden laufenden Softwareeinnahmen. Wichtig für den Job sind eine hohe Anzahl an täglichen Wählversuchen (Ø 100 pro Tag) und eine zielgerichtete Gesprächsführung. Du solltest außerdem wie in jedem Vertriebsjob eine hohe Frustrationstoleranz mitbringen und Absagen am Telefon nicht persönlich nehmen. Dabei unterstützen wir dich natürlich und bilden dich entsprechend aus. Aufgaben - Telefonischer Erstkontakt mit Unternehmen und Selbstständigen aus unserer Zielgruppe. - Durchführen von Follow-Up Telefonaten mit Interessenten. - Terminierung und Vorqualifizierung von Interessenten. Dein Gehalt besteht aus einem Fixum sowie einer leistungsorientierten Provision. Dadurch kannst du überdurchschnittlich gut verdienen, wenn du entsprechende Leistung bringst. Qualifications - Die Fähigkeit bestehenden Prozessen zu folgen. - Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Disziplin. - Teamfähigkeit. - Überdurchschnittliche kommunikative Fähigkeiten. - Hohes Maß an Empathie. - Ausgeprägte Bereitschaft gesetzte Ziele zu erreichen. - Eine klare Aussprache und angenehme Stimme. - Saubere und fehlerfreie schriftliche Ausdrucksform in Deutsch. - Positive und lösungsorientierte Grundeinstellung. - Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Vertrieb sind von Vorteil allerdings nicht erforderlich. Role Description As a Strategic Account Executive for Financial Services, you will own a focused book of named financial services accounts — including banks, asset managers, exchanges, insurance carriers, and fintech platforms. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle: from identifying new use cases and building executive relationships to negotiating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Qualifications - 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years selling to financial services organizations (banking, capital markets, insurance, fintech, or asset management). - Demonstrated track record closing large, complex deals ($500K+ ACV) with long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. - Experience selling technical infrastructure products — databases, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or similar — is required; you must be able to engage credibly in technical conversations. - Deep understanding of the financial services technology landscape, including data architecture patterns common in FS environments (real-time risk, fraud, trading analytics, regulatory reporting). - Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships at the C-suite and VP level. - Experience working in a high-growth, early-stage or scaling startup environment is strongly preferred. - Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar enterprise sales methodologies. - Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment. Compensation The typical starting salary for this role in the US is $300,000 — $350,000 USD. The typical starting salary for this role in US Premium Markets is $330,000 — $375,000 USD. For roles based in the United States, the typical starting salary range for this position is listed above. In certain locations, such as the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York City Metro Area, a premium market range may apply, as listed. These salary ranges reflect what we reasonably and in good faith believe to be the minimum and maximum pay for this role at the time of posting.
