Role Description Support multiple lines of business with definition implementation, management, and ongoing governance of marketing technology products. - Support delivery of campaigns via Adobe tools including requirement documentation, content build, journey canvas build, email coding, and testing. - Spearhead journey builds in Adobe tools, including orchestration, decisioning, personalization, segmentation, channels, event creation, audience creation, and QA testing. - Create training materials related to work product including runbooks, knowledge transfer documents, best practice playbook, etc. - Work in a self-directed manner across cross-functional teams to deliver journey builds. - Document, iterate, and manage capability related artifacts across the full lifecycle. - Ensure alignment with business stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams to execute. - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of marketing automation workflows including email campaigns, customer segmentation, and personalized messaging. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Security, Information Technology or related field. - 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Engineer Manager-related occupation. Requirements - Adobe Marketing Automation Tools (Adobe Experience Cloud). - Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). - Consumer marketing, marketing automation, and digital marketing. - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) agile environment. - Email coding, HTML coding. - HTML or CSS for building and coding email templates. - Personalization Engines. - Campaign orchestration and journey mapping tools.
