Role Description The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving partner success by executing cutting-edge digital campaigns and managing end-to-end communication plans. Acting as a key collaborator with our in-house outreach team, this role translates complex technical data into high-impact marketing collateral, manages webinars, and optimizes campaign performance to maximize ROI. - Campaign & Strategy Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing, content, and communications plans; build and deliver engaging digital campaigns across various platforms. - Partner & Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the in-house outreach team and communicate directly with partners via calls to support and consult on their marketing needs. - Collateral & Content Creation: Create marketing scripts, templates, and sales enablement materials (both print and digital); design, develop, and deliver webinars. - Data-Driven Optimization: Pull, manipulate, and transform data from multiple sources into actionable intelligence; review leading/lagging indicators to adjust campaigns quickly and maximize ROI. - Technical Translation: Distill complex, technical information into compelling, clear selling points tailored for less-technical audiences. - Agency Management: Work effectively with external communications agencies to enhance campaign reach. - Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the team to measure marketing activity outcomes, link performance directly to revenue generation, and constantly explore ways to increase ROI. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, College Diploma, or equivalent work experience. - Proven marketing knowledge, particularly within the industry. - Highly creative with a strong understanding of branding, identifying target audiences, and devising engaging digital campaigns. - Strong foundational knowledge of marketing automation concepts and content marketing strategy. - Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools. - Working knowledge of HTML and CSS development is a strong asset. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, clients, and peers. - Competent problem solver who is adaptable, quick to learn new tools, and comfortable working under limited supervision. Salary Competitive salary: 40,000 – 55,000 CAD Annually. CGS evaluates compensation individually for each selected applicant. Final salary placement within our established parameters is based on multiple criteria, including regional market rates, internal equity considerations, cost-of-living geography, and candidate-specific attributes like professional experience, education, and technical skill sets. Furthermore, team members may have access to performance-based incentive structures and performance metrics designed to offer additional earning potential based on business growth.
