• Budeš hlavní silou naší marketingové komunikace na českém a slovenském trhu — přicházíš s nápady na kampaně, spouštíš je na Meta a dotahuješ věci do konce. • Úzce spolupracuješ s Country Managerem, který určuje směr a schvaluje; ty přinášíš kreativu a zodpovídáš za exekuci. • Plánovat a spouštět placené kampaně na Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — od nápadu přes brief až po live. • Vymýšlet nápady na kampaně a obsahové koncepty, které rezonují s českým a slovenským publikem. • Zadávat jasné briefy grafikům a hlídat, aby výstupy odpovídaly záměru. • Sledovat výkonnost kampaní a připravovat pravidelné reporty s konkrétními doporučeními. • Monitorovat konkurenci a identifikovat příležitosti k testování. • Vyhledávat a rozvíjet strategická partnerství, která rozšíří dosah ADI na českém a slovenském trhu. • Zastupovat ADI na oborových eventech, meetupech a komunitních akcích — budovat povědomí o značce přímo v terénu. • Spolupracovat s týmem a zajišťovat soulad marketingu s firemními cíli.
Job Requirements
- 2+ roky praxe s Meta Ads (Ads Manager — ne jen boostování příspěvků)
- Silný cit pro český trh a publikum — víš, co tady funguje
- Kreativní myšlení spojené se zájmem o čísla a výsledky
- Zkušenost se zadáváním práce kreativcům nebo práce s grafiky
- Analytická zdatnost — umíš číst data a vyvodit závěry
- Čeština na rodilé úrovni, angličtina alespoň na písemnou komunikaci s týmem
