Senior Manager, WordPress Ecosystem Marketing
CloudLinux
Role Description We are building a dedicated go-to-market presence in the WordPress ecosystem, and we are looking for the person who will own it. This is the opportunity to build that presence from scratch, with a validated strategy, full product backing from an established and profitable company (CloudLinux has been profitable since 2010), and a team that gives you the room to do the work well, without bureaucracy slowing you down at every step. This is not a supporting role. You will be the primary owner of how CloudLinux and Imunify360 show up in the WordPress market: - Build and maintain relationships with WordPress media publishers, newsletter writers, podcast hosts, agency community leaders, and ecosystem influencers. - Attend and represent us at WordCamps, CloudFest, and other relevant events. - Be the spokesperson for our WordPress-focused webinars. You will own the following: - Ecosystem relationships and community presence: You will be the CloudLinux and Imunify face in the WordPress world. - Go-to-market strategy for the WordPress audience: You will own the GTM strategy for how we grow in this market. - Product launches: You will own launches into this market as our product roadmap matures. - Agency program and partner website: Define the strategy, shape the content architecture, and direct web development and design resources. - Media partnerships and sponsorships: Develop a sponsorship and editorial placement strategy, run negotiations, and manage ongoing relationships. - Content strategy and flagship assets: Own the content strategy for the WordPress audience. - Customer success stories and agency interviews: Own the production of customer success stories from the agency and hosting provider audience. Qualifications - Real footing in the WordPress ecosystem. - B2B SaaS marketing background with 5+ years in B2B software marketing. - Previous ownership of the content strategy with published output. Requirements - Comfort with ambiguity and market-building. - A bias toward moving and taking initiative. - Interest in the hosting and WordPress security/performance space. - Cross-functional credibility with product, sales, and external partners. - Background in security, performance, or infrastructure software marketing. - Direct experience with hosting industry events: CloudFest, HostingCon, WordCamps.
