Goalbook
• Execute and manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and expense reimbursements. • Support HR operations including HR systems and data management, on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, IT support, and executing company-wide policies. • Collaborate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely processing of invoices. • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency. Build relationships of trust with members across teams.

As a Patient Financial Coordinator (PFC), you will set the tone for a positive patient financial experience—ensuring clarity, consistency, and kindness in every interaction while upholding our Core Values: Teamwork, Resilience, Open-Mindedness, Ownership, and Positivity. - Serve as the primary point of contact for patient financial communications. - Clearly explain insurance benefits, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket responsibilities. - Contact patients prior to or following services to discuss financial responsibility and collect payments. - Establish and monitor patient payment plans; assist with billing questions and clarify EOBs or statements. - Document all financial communications and transactions in the appropriate systems. - Review patient eligibility, estimate financial responsibility, and collect payments up front when appropriate. - Proactively help reduce bad debt through timely patient outreach. - Support Revenue Cycle Management by assisting with insurance eligibility verification, prior authorizations, claim status, payment posting, and special projects. - Consistently deliver compassionate customer service to patients, referral sources, and internal teams. - Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times. • Develop and own detailed, data-driven financial models and ad-hoc analytical projects and present the results to senior management to support strategic decision-making • Generate dashboard reports that monitor KPI’s to track Rescale’s performance, and communicate trends and findings to management to highlight risks and opportunities • Develop and execute timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, partnering with the accounting team and the business on the close process, ensuring insights, risks, and opportunities are identified and communicated to all stakeholders • Perform variance analyses to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability; identify trends; recommend actions for continual improvement • Assist in preparing QBR, Board and other investor-related materials and presentations • Continuously identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes with AI and agentic tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function
