Strategic Accounts Sales Executive, Large Districts

• Own and lead end-to-end sales cycles across a defined territory of complex, high-impact school district accounts, conducting senior administrator-level discovery to align district strategic priorities, funding streams, and instructional initiatives with Goalbook’s solutions. • Design and execute tailored account strategies, navigating extended, multi-stakeholder buying environments to maintain momentum and drive successful closes. • Build and sustain trusted relationships with cabinet-level and senior school district leaders and key stakeholders, positioning Goalbook as a long-term strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor. • Architect deal structures that enable sustained instructional impact and lay the foundation for long-term expansion. • Translate large district buyer insights into actionable feedback that informs product roadmap decisions and strengthens enterprise messaging. • Rigorously maintain and forecast pipeline across complex, multi-year enterprise sales opportunities. • Elevate the team’s sales capabilities by collaborating with peers and exchanging market knowledge and best practices.
Sales Development Representative – Chicago/Midwest, New York City/Northeast

• Execute targeted outreach (outbound and inbound) aligned with defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and go-to-market priorities. • Engage district leaders who have expressed prior or current interest in Goalbook to guide them through the early stages of the buyer's journey: discover needs, articulate our value proposition, nurture relationships, and schedule demonstrations. • Book high-quality discovery meetings for the field sales team that effectively convert into a qualified pipeline. • Consistently meet or exceed expectations for the number of meetings booked and pipeline generated. • Maintain focus on relevance, preparation, and value creation in every interaction. • Actively engage in coaching, feedback, and skill-building opportunities. • Demonstrate rapid learning and improvement in core competencies, including messaging, discovery, and objection handling. • Attend national and regional conferences, providing support to regional Partnerships team members as required. • Travel is required in this role – 20% travel estimated.

This will be a challenging role that requires you to work with district and school leaders across the country to plan effective implementations and transform instructional practice in every classroom. You can navigate complex discussions, build strong relationships, and be organized and detail-oriented. At the same time, you command attention and deliver effective trainings in both online and in-person formats. If you were the most impactful teacher at your school and loved coaching and working with other educators, then this will be a great fit.
