Partner Manager

Join our Commercial team and actively contribute to building our partner network. • You will be responsible for establishing a nationwide partner and multiplier network as an independent sales channel. • Together with the Head of Sales, you will develop strategies, identify new market opportunities and establish partnerships that lead sustainably to new PV projects. • Build strategic partnerships and multiplier networks in the real estate, energy and ESG sectors. • Manage and sustainably develop existing partner relationships. • Identify new partner potentials and open up additional sales channels. • Conduct initial meetings, workshops and presentations with partners. • Qualify leads from the partner network and accompany them with Sales through to opportunity stage. • Maintain all partner activities transparently and in a structured way in our CRM. • Analyze market potential, partner segments and relevant network structures. • Organize partner events, webinars and networking events. • Take responsibility for the success of your partner portfolio based on clearly defined KPIs such as lead volume, pipeline, conversion and contract signings. • Create a continuous lead flow together with our partners and make a measurable contribution to the growth of our sales pipeline. • Continuously develop our partner management including segmentation, activation strategies and performance monitoring. • Actively shape GIGA.GREEN’s partner program. • Develop standardized partner processes, compensation models and enablement materials. • Build strategic cooperations and multiplier programs at the federal (national) level. • Support the development of new market segments and go-to-market strategies. • Establish a scalable partner channel as an integral part of our commercial organization.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate, Energy Management, Sustainability Management or a comparable qualification
  • Alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in B2B sales, partner management or business development
  • Experience in building and developing strategic business partners, multipliers, B2B networks, partner programs or indirect sales channels
  • Experience in complex B2B sales, partner management or business development – ideally in the energy, real estate, construction, industrial or consulting sectors
  • Experience in building indirect sales channels or strategic partnerships is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and enthusiasm for building long-term business relationships
  • Structured and independent working style with a high CRM and KPI orientation
  • Experience with CRM systems and common office and collaboration tools
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany for partner meetings, networking events and trade shows
