• Identifying, coordinating and reviewing Portfolio/Product/Project requirements/Epics/User Stories and User Acceptance criterion (includes interaction/sync with product owner, Scrum Master and other work streams/teams). • Creating System of Records and workbooks for evaluating business risk and criticality based on the fit for purpose description of the requirements. • Evaluating, recommending, and implementing risk identification and business impact from a criticality point of view. • Maintaining, and upgrading System of record artifacts for systems under test (SUT) in approved enterprise repositories such as MS Share Point. • Understanding project architecture, test environment, test data needs based on the System build scope. • Conducting thorough evaluation of the SUT by analyzing and comprehending requirements. • Identifying and dispositioning risk assessment functions as per approved standards and processes. • Writing detailed functional risk justification and mitigation strategies reports to ensure that system/product/service requirements are met. • Serving as facilitator providing pre-testing intake assessment know-how for the support of user requirements of routine, complex to highly complex software/hardware health and other IT applications. • Working both independently and as a team, promoting collaborative work environment with team members and customers, defining, organizing, and/or presenting detailed information and data needed to accomplish organization and pre-test activity goals. • Actively participating in collaborative meetings with the VA customer, VA product development, testing assessment teams and other key stakeholders as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or related discipline.
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience or an associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required as is successfully passing a thorough Government background screening requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for access to classified information.
  • 1-3 years’ experience with business requirements management efforts.
  • One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to successfully perform the duties of the position.
  • Experience must include writing detailed reports, communicate statuses and presenting justification with supporting data.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of and skill in using current information technology applications.
  • Experience using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • PMP, CSM certifications are preferred but not mandatory, however ability to obtain those certifications, if hired to perform above duties is required.
