• Provide general administrative and project support to program managers, back-office personnel, and operational team members supporting government staffing contracts • Assist with timesheet coordination, reminders, follow-up, basic tracking, and escalation of missing or incomplete submissions in accordance with company and contract procedures • Schedule internal and external meetings, coordinate calendars, prepare agendas, distribute meeting materials, and support virtual meeting logistics • Attend meetings as needed to capture notes, action items, decisions, owners, and due dates; distribute meeting summaries and track follow-up items through completion • Support remote employees by responding to routine administrative inquiries, helping route requests, sharing resources, and coordinating with appropriate internal teams • Conduct employee outreach to support engagement, collect updates, and help maintain accurate employee communication • Draft, format, update, and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, templates, trackers, rosters, and other program documentation • Maintain organized electronic records, filing structures, trackers, and shared documentation repositories to support contract compliance and operational continuity • Support daily operations across multiple task orders by monitoring administrative deadlines, updating status logs, preparing reports, and helping ensure timely completion of recurring tasks • Coordinate communications between corporate support functions, program leadership, field employees, and other stakeholders as needed • Perform additional administrative, clerical, and operational support duties as assigned to meet changing program needs

• Monitor system health, responding to incidents, and preventing future issues. • Contribute to cost-savings strategies, performance optimization, and the continuous improvement of our DevOps practices. • Patch systems proactively to increase reliability and properly document all changes. • Write reports, development notes, and wikis for supporting documentation.

• support the development and implementation of the WTC Health Program’s Quality Assurance Plan, including the development and implementation of the WTC Health Program’s Audit Plan • use the WTC Health Program administrative manual, medical benefit plan resources, and other applicable Program guidance to support claims review, audit activities, prior authorization recommendations, and policy interpretation. • serve as an expert to the Program on claims processing and formal reviews (audits); supports Program claims reviews (audits) consistent with claims audits in the health insurance industry and the policies and procedures of the WTC Health Program. • conduct research and reviews of federal payor coverage determinations, administrative/clinical activities, for development of policies and procedures, completeness, and alignment with Program requirements. • analyze raw claims data to independently identify issues, patterns, and trends, and make final recommendations to the WTC Health Program on appropriateness for services within treatment/benefit plans, using health insurance reimbursement, medical coding/claims knowledge and expertise. • support management and maintenance of the Program’s health plan codebook, make recommendations for code additions, and review claims to ensure proper application of ICD, HCPCS, CPT, and DRG codes. • remain up to date with coding conventions, evidence-based practices, and federal payer policies. • continuously review and participate in industry changes and updates, specifically but not limited to, ICD-10-CM/OCS ad AMA CPT coding guidelines to look for, and develop ways, to evaluate, improve research strategy, processes, policies, and procedures within the WTC Health Program in accordance with the Research and Evaluation Branch’s and Quality and Evaluation Team’s functions and goals. • interface and collaborate with clinicians, medical administrators, federal staff, contract staff, and occupational health subject matter experts to support medical management, claims review, audit activities, and prior authorization recommendations. • connect claims quality findings to broader quality assurance, utilization review, and program evaluation objectives, including identifying issues that may affect Program operations, reporting, or policy implementation.

• Identifying, coordinating and reviewing Portfolio/Product/Project requirements/Epics/User Stories and User Acceptance criterion • Creating System of Records and workbooks for evaluating business risk and criticality based on the fit for purpose description of the requirements • Evaluating, recommending, and implementing risk identification and business impact • Maintaining and upgrading System of record artifacts for systems under test (SUT) in approved enterprise repositories such as MS Share Point • Understanding project architecture, test environment, test data needs based on the System build scope • Conducting thorough evaluation of the SUT by analyzing and comprehending requirements • Identifying and dispositioning risk assessment functions as per approved standards and processes • Writing detailed functional risk justification and mitigation strategies reports • Serving as facilitator providing pre-testing intake assessment know-how for user requirements of routine, complex to highly complex software/hardware health and other IT applications • Working both independently and as a team, promoting collaborative work environment

• Perform a technical edit for quality assurance on all documentation prior to delivery to the customer. • Create and implement consistent writing templates and documentation styles for all technical publications. • Collaborate with subject matter experts when creating user guides, process documentation, new templates, template updates, and presentations to understand project specifications and needs. • Analyze team processes to ensure efficiency and that all aspects of the process are documented. • Ensure technical documentation is complete and accurate. • Combine, edit, format, and finalize the monthly progress report. • Participate in the review process. • Create, edit, and maintain training material, brown bags, and instructional supplements to ensure processes are understood as well as review all documentation and training materials to keep them up to date. • Provide a high level of customer service by adopting the customer’s mission and working towards success. • Transcribe Meeting Minutes from recordings.

• Provide systems engineering support with focus on analysis of System Under Test (SUT) on integration of existing COTS/GOTTS products and services program. • Perform system(s) performance analysis regarding business logic and data storage, processing and transfer. • Evaluate Test Data needs for pre-production verification and validation. • Evaluate and analyze Model Based Systems Engineering best practices across the lifecycle of system(s) under test (SUT). • Ensure systems engineering principles are applied per the analysis and assessment of business functions. • Evaluate risk and impact for the business operations based on requirements, criticality, configuration, and data management for system improvement or quick response solution being developed as a work around to mitigate identified risk. • Develop and maintain System of record artifacts for management and leadership awareness. • Assist management in defining systems architectures and technology roadmaps that align with client vision. • Capable of utilizing organizationally established architecture tools, repositories, and repository management processes to capture, publish, and maintain artifacts. • Identify and review Portfolio/Product/Project requirements/Epics/User Stories and User Acceptance criterion. • Writing detailed functional risk justification and mitigation strategies reports to ensure that system/product/service requirements are met. • Serving as facilitator providing pre-testing intake assessment know-how for the support of user requirements of routine, complex to highly complex software/hardware health and other IT applications. • Working both independently and as a team, promoting collaborative work environment with team members and customers, defining, organizing, and/or presenting detailed information and data needed to accomplish organization and pre-test activity goals.

• Responsible for coordinating with government customer and program leadership for development and execution of cloud and virtualized automation to support AI/ML informed digital engineering design and management • Provide test subject matter expertise in development of automation and integration of associated test methods and models for digital test to achieve validation of design acceptability criteria • Design, develop and update software pipelines required to complete digital model based tests IAW with approved test plan, and design sprint activity • Support solutioning for program of government customers needs in implementing physics based modelling implementation of advances in AI/ML applications • Develop, implement, and sustain software/hardware solutions in support of PSI’s Emerging Technology and Innovation activities in VR/AR, robotics, and UAS • Supports new developmental projects with technical and operational expertise • Ensures team maintains and complies with all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure

• Serve as Clinical Operations Expert across PSI opportunities • Provide oversight to ensure clinical accuracy, alignment with best practices, and evidence-based recommendations • Function as rural health subject matter expert, helping design and adapt solutions • Provide test subject matter expertise to achieve validation of design acceptability criteria • Support solutioning for program of government customers’ needs in implementing/integrating rural health applications • Develop, implement and sustain clinical solutions for PSI’s Emerging Technology and Innovation activities • Serve as Clinical Operations Leader across PSI • Provide thought leadership to strengthen PSI’s market positioning • Mentor PSI staff and partners to integrate clinical excellence into operations, development, and delivery models
