Associate Researcher
Instructure
• Review, collect, clean, analyze, and report on data from active research studies • Participate in customer calls and contribute to project conversations • Develop logic models and conduct literature or survey-based research • Support internal projects and other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- At least 2–4 years of experience in K–12 education research or program evaluation
- A master's or doctoral degree in Evaluation, Statistics, Educational Psychology, Psychology, Learning Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Experience with Stata or R for quantitative analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
- Solid project management and organizational skills
- Experience with Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar tools
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- A self-starter mindset with a bias toward action
- Nice to have: Experience with R Markdown for analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with AERA, APA, and NCME Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing (2014)
- Prior experience working in a software development organization

Associate Implementation Lead
