Customer Adoption Manager

Higharc

Radically simplifying the way we design, build and shop for homes.

Full TimeRemoteLeadTeam 11-50H1B No Sponsor

Role Description Higharc is seeking a Customer Adoption Manager to own the adoption strategy for your book of business. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Adoption, you'll lead customers from cross-departmental alignment through implementation, launch, measurable adoption, and long-term value realization. This is not a high-volume SaaS account management role. You'll own a small number of complex enterprise homebuilders and help them adopt Higharc in ways that materially change how their business operates. Adoption here isn't about usage, it's about changing how builders work. You'll partner with a dedicated Project Manager who owns project plans, reporting, documentation, and system hygiene. With that discipline in place, you focus on customer outcomes, executive alignment, adoption strategy, change management, and account health. Expect to: - Own adoption outcomes from post-sale alignment through launch, rollout, value realization, and long-term account health. - Lead executive conversations on your own around business goals, adoption milestones, risks, tradeoffs, and value. - Guide customers beyond recreating legacy workflows toward new workflows, decision rights, and the adoption behaviors required to realize value. - Orchestrate internal teams across Implementation, Solutions, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to keep outcomes moving. - Diagnose adoption risk early, align stakeholders, and restore momentum when programs stall. - Translate patterns in customer friction into structured product, implementation, and account intelligence. Qualifications - 5+ years in customer success, implementation leadership, enterprise account management, consulting, solutions, or program leadership, with direct ownership of complex, high-value customers or transformation programs. - Strong executive communication skills and the ability to independently influence senior customer stakeholders. - Excellent judgment in diagnosing customer risk, adoption friction, stakeholder misalignment, and organizational blockers. - Strong consultative and cross-functional leadership instincts — you can challenge customers respectfully when legacy assumptions limit value, and lead across implementation, product, engineering, sales, support, and executive teams. - Comfort using data, customer health signals, and AI-enabled tools to understand account health and adoption progress. - The ability to synthesize project details into an accurate account narrative without owning every administrative detail. - Willingness to travel 25%, with occasional fluctuations during customer launch periods. Benefits - Flexible hours to do your best work without missing out on life. - Competitive salaries with significant equity in a fast-growing, well-funded company. - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. - Unlimited PTO and meaningful maternity/paternity leave for all U.S based full-time employees. - Access to short and long-term disability plans and a 401K. - Stipend to create the ideal home office for remote work.

• Lead planning and delivery across the generative model, geometry pipeline, and BDG APIs • Partner with PMs early to scope PRDs, surface constraints, and assess feasibility before engineer owners take over delivery • Evaluate technical proposals from your team and route them forward — to the Director of Engineering when scoped to your team, or to the ARC when they cut across squads • Coordinate with the other BDG EM to keep technical direction, interfaces, and the platform coherent across both teams • Shape a clean contract between the building model and Higharc Studio's interaction and rendering systems as its API surface matures • Develop and mentor engineers, and attract strong computational geometry and CAD talent across North America • Run an async-first, minimal-meeting team with clear ownership and high accountability

Engineering Manager, Building Generation

Higharc

Radically simplifying the way we design, build and shop for homes.

Full TimeRemoteLeadTeam 11-50H1B No Sponsor

Role Description Higharc is hiring an Engineering Manager with a strong computational geometry and CAD background to lead one of our two Building Generation (BDG) teams — the engineers who own the generative model of the home and the platform we're building around it. The role reports to the Director of Engineering and will build out our first team in Europe. The BDG platform is the generative model at the core of Higharc — a parametric system that takes architectural intent and produces fully-resolved 2D and 3D buildable geometry, feeding design, documentation, estimation, and manufacturing. You'll lead planning and delivery across the model, the geometry pipeline, and the APIs we're building around it so the rest of Higharc (and eventually external partners) can build on top. Expect to: - Lead planning and delivery across the generative model, geometry pipeline, and BDG APIs. - Build out the European BDG team — attract strong computational geometry engineers in the region and grow the team sustainably. - Partner with PMs early to scope PRDs, surface constraints, and assess feasibility before engineer owners take over delivery. - Evaluate technical proposals from your team and route them forward — to the Director of Engineering when scoped to your team, or to the ARC when they cut across squads. - Coordinate with the other BDG EM to keep technical direction, interfaces, and the platform coherent across both teams. - Shape a clean contract between the building model and Higharc Studio's interaction and rendering systems as its API surface matures. - Run an async-first, minimal-meeting team with clear ownership and high accountability. Qualifications - 5+ years in software engineering with significant time in CAD/CAM or computational geometry, and 2+ years managing technically deep engineering teams. - Deep background in computational geometry (boolean operations, mesh processing, BReps, constraint solving, or related areas). - Strong expertise in parametric and generative modeling of 2D and 3D geometries — feature-based modeling, history graphs, dependency propagation, and keeping parametric systems robust at scale. - Experience with platform development and API design for multiple internal (and ideally external) consumers, with attention to versioning, performance, and developer experience. - Familiarity with geometry kernels — commercial, open-source, or custom-built — and comfort with the trade-offs. - Fluency in AI-supported software development practices and active use of them in your engineering workflow. - A delivery track record in a fast-paced, distributed environment. - Based in a European timezone. Benefits - Flexible hours to do your best work without missing out on life. - Competitive salaries with significant equity, in a fast-growing, well-funded company. - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. - Unlimited PTO and meaningful maternity/paternity leave for all U.S based full-time employees. - Access to short and long-term disability plans and a 401K. - Stipend to create the ideal home office for remote work.
