• Accelerate growth by driving player activation and retention through data-driven insights • Help scale the platform by organizing research, identifying UX issues, designing and running experiments • Transform complex inputs into clear, testable product initiatives for a game with over 5 million annual players • Research and analyze competitive game modes and premium features to create product matrices and propose experiments • Identify and document UX issues through structured investigation and competitor benchmarking • Create mockups and low-fidelity designs to communicate experiments and UX improvements • Define success metrics, design and sequence experiments, and estimate impact • Oversee experiments end-to-end: prepare specs, coordinate design and development, QA builds, launch, analyze results, and produce actionable reports • Analyze funnel and experiment data to generate actionable insights • Coordinate cross-functionally to execute experiments and maintain quality • Conduct user testing and playtests to validate solutions and gather insights • Break down complex projects into clear, testable steps for async execution • Report results, trade-offs, and recommendations in structured written formats

• Own follow-through on BD pipeline - track active deal workstreams across enterprise, academic, and biotech partnerships, ensure nothing stalls, and surface the right opportunities to leadership at the right time • Manage and build investor relations - maintain relationships with 70+ existing investors through regular updates, slide decks, and follow-ups, and drive new investor relationships forward alongside the CEO and Head of Commercial • Triage enterprise, pharma, and investor correspondence with sound commercial judgement • Coordinate and prepare for high-stakes calls and meetings across time zones, ensuring the Team walks into every conversation fully briefed • Draft and refine investor communications, partnership proposals, and internal updates on behalf of the Commercial Team • Build and maintain a commercial system - create structure around how BD opportunities are categorised, tracked, and reported internally (think: our own lean CRM) • Coordinate cross-functional deal activity - many of Molecule’s BD engagements span organisations and teams; you’ll be the connective tissue that keeps everyone aligned • Analyse the science behind partnerships - evaluate incoming opportunities with enough scientific literacy to triage what’s worth pursuing and brief leadership accordingly • Jump on calls with partners and investors as a credible representative of Molecule when needed

• Draft, edit and publish internal communications across multiple channels, including email newsletters, intranet posts and Slack announcements. • Help maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely communications across the organisation. • Contribute ideas for improving how we communicate with employees at all levels. • Support the production of visual assets such as banners, slides and simple graphics, working with design templates. • Assist in the planning and logistics of internal events such as all-hands meetings, town halls and employee engagement initiatives. • Help coordinate communications around company campaigns, product launches and people-related announcements. • Track engagement and gather feedback after communications and events to help the team improve over time. • Manage inbound requests from teams who need communications support, helping to triage and prioritise workload. • Keep internal resources and documentation up to date, including intranet pages and comms toolkits. • Learn how to handle sensitive communications with care and discretion. • Support company-wide activities such as all-company announcements and All Hands decks.

• Translate Avaaz campaigns from English to Dutch to turn them into strong, emotive, and compelling campaigns to send out in The Netherlands and Belgium, and to Dutch-speaking members around the world. • Hands-on technical support for campaign development, including setting up email blasts and landing pages in the Avaaz website backend interface, and supporting the drafting and testing of campaigns. • Looking for sources for campaigns -- finding relevant, issue-specific, supporting materials from the press, NGOs, etc. • Monitor and enhance the Dutch Avaaz website and other tools for functionality and language errors, supporting clear and effective communication with members. • Support the Dutch campaign team to write and edit excellent campaign materials such as briefings, advocacy letters, and press releases. • Translate and/or edit other materials as necessary: Media material, content for social media etc. • Reviewing, managing, and supporting the petitions published by Dutch members on the Avaaz Community Petitions website.
