Recruitment Manager

Role Description We're looking for a highly detail-oriented Recruitment Manager with a strong focus on technical systems, global talent acquisition, and operational control. The primary expectation for this role is leadership. You must have proven experience moving recruitment projects from the research phase into active, functional workflows. You will be responsible for scaling our talent footprint across India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the USA, and LATAM, while managing a global team independently. Core Responsibilities - Team Leadership and Global Strategy - Oversee a global team of junior recruiters, provide performance direction, conduct quality checks, and deliver coaching to ensure departmental functionality. - Design and execute sourcing strategies tailored to diverse markets, including India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the USA, and Latin America. - Systems and Workflow Oversight - Ensure full utilization and optimization of Zoho Recruit for all global recruitment workflows. - Establish clear, data-driven recruitment processes, including KPIs and SLAs, and drive implementation from proposal to fully functional workflows. - Process Improvement and Analytics - Develop and maintain functional recruitment dashboards and comprehensive documentation across all recruitment platforms using Google Workspace. - Track and analyze critical data such as screening-to-applicant ratios and turnaround time (TAT) to ensure transparency and accuracy. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a recruitment agency environment, including proven global hiring experience across India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the USA, and LATAM. - At least 2 years of experience supervising or leading a recruitment team. - Specialized expertise in building recruitment systems, setting up ATS workflows, and establishing KPIs and SLAs from scratch, specifically using Zoho Recruit. - High proficiency in Google Workspace for data management, reporting, and dashboard development. - Excellent English communication skills with the ability to navigate cultural nuances in a remote, global environment.
