• Partner with an existing SDET to drive testing efforts toward a near-term go-live • Build and maintain automated test coverage using Playwright and TypeScript • Support performance and regression testing (JMeter) • Act as a Quality Champion, defining test scope and clearly articulating risks • Collaborate with engineering and product teams in an Agile environment (Azure DevOps) • Gain deep understanding of the application, data, and domain • Work independently in a lean QA setup (2 SDETs, no QA management layer)

• Lead data architecture transformations and/or migration to modern cloud solutions, ensuring robustness and scalability of the soltuion. • Design and implement Virtual Cloud solutions including virtual network and management of network routings and subnets. • Design efficient, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that streamline data processing and integration. Experience with integrating data across disparate systems using APIs and data integration tools • Design scalable, high-performance data models and databases, including Medallion Data Warehouse architecture, Data Lakehouses, dimensión modelling (Star and/or Snowflake schemas), and other relevant design patterns. • Manage one or more Data projects, owning the end-to-end execution and owning responsibilty of the outcomes • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on client goals, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with best practices. • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, provide technical expertise, and deliver tailored solutions. • Ensure all designed solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance cost-effectiveness, and access policy management. • Stay updated with emerging industry trends and technologies, integrating them into solutions to provide added value to clients.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for a Data Management Platform • Contribute to both backend and frontend development efforts • Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business requirements • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best engineering practices • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives • Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments • Ensure quality through automated testing and a strong focus on reliability and performance

• Lead Allata’s Internal IT Operations function, owning day-to-day execution, service quality, governance, and operational priorities. • Provide oversight, coordination, and support to internal IT team members / support resources, helping align work, improve execution, and maintain service quality. • Own and optimize the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. • Lead Identity & Access Management through Microsoft Entra ID, including joiner/mover/leaver processes, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and access governance. • Oversee endpoint and device management through Microsoft Intune, including Windows provisioning, compliance, patching, and lifecycle management. • Establish and monitor operational KPIs, service metrics, and process health indicators to improve support outcomes and drive accountability. • Build and maintain telemetry, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into ticket trends, SLA performance, endpoint health, access patterns, and overall Internal IT operations. • Leverage Power BI and related tools to create actionable operational reporting for leadership and stakeholders. • Drive process optimization and continuous improvement across support operations, onboarding/offboarding, access management, and device lifecycle workflows. • Support the adoption, governance, and enablement of Copilot and similar AI-enabled workplace productivity tools. • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure internal IT scales effectively with business growth.

• Conduct proactive sourcing of passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels. • Review inbound applicants and assess their alignment with role requirements. • Perform initial candidate interviews to evaluate both general fit and role-related criteria. • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the process. • Coordinate interviews across calendars, stakeholders, and time zones. • Post job openings across relevant platforms and support pipeline generation efforts. • Keep candidate records and recruiting systems updated and organized. • Contribute to internal Talent Acquisition initiatives such as process improvements, documentation, and team support.

• Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines in Azure cloud environments. • Develop scalable and reliable data workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and other Azure data services. • Build and maintain data solutions leveraging Azure SQL and related cloud-native services. • Design and implement robust data models to support analytics, reporting, and downstream integrations. • Develop and support API-based integrations across internal and external systems. • Implement data models following modern Data Lakehouse or layered architecture principles. • Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across ingestion, staging, and curated layers. • Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate healthcare data requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Develop reusable data transformation logic and modular processing components. • Support deployment processes following CI/CD and DevOps best practices. • Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability. • Contribute to data governance, security, and compliance practices relevant to healthcare environments.
