Job Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, customer service, or other roles involving direct interaction with people.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or similar sourcing channels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfort coordinating interviews and following up with multiple stakeholders.
