UpdatePromise
• Training and servicing new clients on the full suite of our products.**** • Follow-up support with existing clients once they are fully onboarded.**** • Building meaningful industry relationships to help keep existing clients and find new potential clients.**** • Traveling throughout the country to manage accounts to help ensure their success.**** • Data analysis and translating that data into thoughtful recommendations for training of service personnel.****
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable in speaking with all levels of management, including C-Level. Written communication should be at a business level.****
- The comfortability to coach and train individuals in large groups.****
- Self-motivated, and able to work with little to no supervision.****
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.****
- A quick learner who is used to a fast paced environment, and can readily adapt to new changes.****
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.****
- The ability to trouble shoot problems, and solve issues creatively.****
