• Build Strong and Positive-client Relationships through proactive communication and regular touchpoints, including phone calls, e-mails, and live screen-sharing sessions, to help clients succeed with our commerce enablement platform. • Become a Product Expert in our tools and use your knowledge to educate, coach, and mentor clients – empowering them to drive brand engagement and leverage digital touchpoints. • Independently own Customer Retention by monitoring client health, managing communication and system updates, and proactively addressing potential churn risks. • Develop Strategies to Expand Engagement, enable adoption, and mitigate churn -- identifying ways to increase client value through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Ensure Smooth Process during Onboarding by collaborating with the implementation team and preparing new clients for success post-launch, aligning activation to their goals, and digital strategy. • Distill and Share Best Practices across your portfolio, offering actionable insights, and tailored recommendations to enhance customer success. • Anticipate Client needs and Manage escalations, serving as a trusted advisor to your clients and collaborating closely with internal teams across Sales, Product, and Support. • Act as The Voice of the Customer by capturing and relaying feedback to internal teams, helping to inform platform improvements and evolve our offerings in line with client needs. • Work Collaboratively across Functions within the entire SPINS portfolio to ensure client growth opportunities are actively supported and promoted.
• Responsible for operating as the lead point of contact during member onboarding journeys • Own multiple client relationships including, but not limited to training, client queries, proactive outreach, and tools enhancements • Facilitate timely resolutions to member inquiries, agreed upon training, and overall member fulfillment • Maintain high level of member satisfaction by consistently providing tailored communication in all matters pertinent to the relationship • Work effectively across various internal and external teams by demonstrating clear and concise communication skills • Track the health of members on an ongoing basis to proactively address their needs • Identify opportunities for improvement in the member experience • Build strong member relationships and instill confidence across the organization especially with sponsors and technical contacts
Role Description The Best Practice Client Insights Senior Analyst will engage with clients to support them in identifying and capitalizing on their largest growth opportunities. The Senior Analyst will be instrumental in the delivery of strategic analyses, insights, and recommendations based on applying SPINS proprietary assets in combination with each Client’s own information and team members. Responsibilities include: - Account Management: discover and understand client needs, identify, and prioritize projects and requests, and establish insights agenda with the client. - Data & Insights Delivery: deliver against insights agenda through relevant projects. - Client Training: coordinate, facilitate and/or conduct client training on SPINS data and applications, ensuring they are able to effectively use, interpret, and apply them to their business. - Relationship Building: cultivate existing and new relationships across the client’s organization. - Business Development: using a deep understanding of the client’s goals, raise SPINS solutions that may solve their problems. Qualifications - Prior experience with Circana, Nielsen, or SPINS syndicated data. - 2+ years of experience with a CPG company, consulting, market research, or syndicated data firm. - Proven goal-oriented, self-starter. - Analytical in approach; ability to spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities in datasets. - Strong business acumen with the ability to engage and interact with senior-level leadership within the client’s organization. - Advanced capabilities with Excel and PowerPoint. • Hit or exceed annual revenue targets by generating and closing new brand opportunities within the CPG ecosystem • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through close, positioning SPINS as a commerce enablement and Anywhere Commerce partner • Lead consultative conversations focused on shopper discovery, product availability, and conversion across owned, paid, and retailer environments • Maintain accountability for pipeline creation with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting • Execute multi‑channel outreach strategies across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events • Leverage inbound leads, marketing programs, retailer interest, and internal referrals to supplement outbound activity • Position MikMak‑powered solutions including shoppable links, store locators, and retailer‑connected landing pages • Educate brands on how to activate shoppable experiences across media, brand websites, social, and influencer channels • Demonstrate an understanding of basic online engagement and digital performance, including site traffic, bounce rates, conversion behavior, and how these metrics inform optimization • Partner with marketing, BDR, product, analytics, and customer success teams to support deal success and smooth handoffs

This position reports to the Sr. Brand Strategist. This role offers the opportunity to partner and shape the trajectory of leading CPG companies, leveraging cutting-edge market research to drive innovation and growth in an evolving space. Job Duties & Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and provide perspective on how they can capitalize on industry trends. - Partner with Sales to drive understanding of how manufacturers can leverage SPINS’ suite of solutions to achieve their marketplace goals. - Assess the financial impact of client investment with SPINS, ensuring alignment with ROI objectives. - Inspire colleagues and clients through data-driven storytelling and engaging presentations, delivering inspiring presentations to foster engagement. - Serve as a trusted advisor, both internally and externally, by offering thoughtful, future-focused predictions and analysis for brand and category advancement across the dynamic CPG space. - Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations and Marketing to ensure clear communication and the availability of collateral for go-to-market initiatives. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in a client facing role. - Background in Consulting, Market Research, Consumer Insights or Category/Brand Management. - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. - Proficiency with SPINS, Circana, or Nielsen Data. - Intellectual curiosity with an interest in CPG market dynamics and consumer behavior. - Passion for the CPG Industry (Food, Beverage, Beauty and VMS). - Excellent communicator and comfortable working at varying levels of senior leadership. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
