Customer Service Representative
Copperhead Grille
• Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. • Nurture relationships with customers to foster high client retention and loyalty. • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet customer needs. • Knowledge of how to quote/remarket renewals, handle renewal reviews with customers, assist with some new business, endorse policies and have communication to build on client relationships with the customers. • Assist in reviewing policies and working with carriers, as well as billing and invoicing. • Assist in screening calls to streamline communication and reduce the workload for the department.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating your ability to connect with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
