• Building golf course profiles including collecting course images and facility details • Understanding booking rates and configuring specific parameters in our systems • Providing continual quality assurance on existing profiles and rates, and identifying issues • Organising processes, solutions, and learnings from your role into a shared knowledge base • Research potential clients in worldwide markets to assist sales team with lead generation • Assisting CEO, Vice President of Operations, Head of Sales, and Head of Finance

• Make high-volume outbound calls to customers who have completed free trials. • Present the product and subscription service clearly, persuasively, and professionally. • Handle objections calmly and guide hesitant customers toward a positive decision. • Support customers struggling to continue their plan and resolve basic account or billing queries. • Monitor personal call and conversion performance. • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. • Share insights, tips, and best practices with the wider team. • Build rapport quickly and maintain a friendly, professional tone. • Deliver consistent, high-quality interactions that reflect the brand values. • Adapt to customer needs while maintaining focus on retention goals.

• Collaborate effectively within larger team structures to ensure cohesive project outcomes. • Conduct high-level modelling and create precise 3D visualisations using Revit. • Develop detailed technical drawings, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met. • Prepare accurate specifications and schedules, adhering to project timelines and standards. • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to deliver high-quality architectural designs.

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital channels • Provide accurate information about products, orders, subscriptions, and deliveries • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a friendly and empathetic tone • Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically at all times • Capture customer interactions accurately using internal systems

• Make daily outbound calls to housing associations, supported living providers, charities, local authorities, and accommodation teams • Navigate switchboards and gatekeepers to reach senior decision-makers • Build and maintain a structured follow-up process so no potential relationship goes cold • Understand each organisation’s housing criteria, referral pathways, and geographic priorities • Identify opportunities for long-term leases, temporary accommodation, and specialist housing • Capture and maintain accurate information within the CRM system • Track changes in procurement trends, contract expiries, frameworks, and tenders • Hand qualified opportunities to sourcing and operations teams with full detail

• Data Management: Create, maintain, and manage multiple databases for sales, operations, marketing, and reporting. • Clean, validate, and structure raw data from different sources. • Identify incorrect, duplicate, or irrelevant data and fix or flag it. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. • Excel & Reporting: Work extensively on Excel using advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, nested formulas). • Create pivot tables, dashboards, and structured reports. • Handle large datasets without breaking file logic. • Build automated templates for reporting and tracking. • Business Thinking: Understand what data is actually useful for business decisions. • Translate raw numbers into clear business insights. • Support leadership with data needed for strategy, performance tracking, and forecasting. • Ask the right questions when data does not make sense. • Database & Systems: Handle data from CRMs, spreadsheets, automation tools, and internal systems. • Maintain structured databases with clear naming, logic, and documentation. • Support automation and reporting teams with correct datasets.

• Make outbound calls to target companies/prospects to initiate contact, build interest and set appointments. • Engage with decision-makers (managers, directors, executives) to identify needs and secure commitment for further conversation. • Qualify leads based on criteria such as company size, budget, authority, need, and timing. • Schedule and hand off meetings/appointments to the sales team, ensuring calendar invites, confirmations and all required details are provided. • Maintain and update accurate records of all calls, conversations, outcomes and next- steps in the CRM system. • Achieve and/or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs such as number of calls, conversations, appointments booked, show-rate etc. • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine scripts, outreach messaging and lead lists for better conversion. • Handle objections professionally, adapt your approach, and remain persistent and resilient in face of rejection.
