Patient Support Representative
Smile Doctors
• Answering incoming calls (first on phones during your shift) • Fielding a goal of 40+ calls per day • Checking and returning voicemails • Scheduling new patient exams and follow-up appointments • Rescheduling and managing schedule efficiency • Taking payments over the phone • Following up on referrals and pending appointments • Monitoring and utilizing the Sooner List • Triaging calls to support clinical flow • Updating patient information and documenting thoroughly • Communicating closely with the clinical and front desk teams
Job Requirements

- Comfort using computers, scheduling software, and phone systems

Listen and fully understand customer requirements and ‘pain points’ and translate customer requirements into implementation plans. Develop, coordinate, and execute implementation/upgrade/conversion project plans, task schedules, and resource activities to ensure on-time and effective project delivery. Strong understanding and proficiency in software solutions and professional service offerings. 2+ years of customer consulting work experience preferred. 2+ years of marketing experience is a plus!
