Role Description Atuar na prospecção, atendimento e fechamento de locações de veículos para brasileiros que viajam aos Estados Unidos, garantindo uma experiência de excelência e contribuindo diretamente para o crescimento das vendas e fortalecimento da marca Florida Rental Car. - Realizar atendimento consultivo via CRM e telefone, conduzindo o cliente até o fechamento da reserva. - Manter relacionamento ativo com clientes para estimular recompra e fidelização. - Gerir sua própria carteira de clientes e acompanhar todo o processo da negociação atentando-se as políticas de preço e normas da empresa. - Registrar atendimentos, follow-ups e resultados no CRM da empresa. - Cumprir metas de vendas e conversão, buscando sempre superar os resultados esperados.
