What You Bring - 10+ years in enterprise sales, strategic pursuits, commercial excellence, deal strategy, revenue operations, consulting, or similar fields. - Deep expertise in long‑cycle, high‑value, highly customized enterprise sales environments. - Strong judgment balancing growth ambition with operational feasibility, contractual risk, and financial discipline. - Exceptional collaboration, influence, and executive communication skills. - Proven ability to build frameworks, tools, and governance models that elevate commercial performance. - Experience leading or materially improving large, complex, cross‑functional deal pursuits. Qualifications - Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. - Minimum Management Experience: 10+ years’ experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, or related fields. - Minimum Functional Experience: 10+ years demonstrated success in process reengineering, automation, and large-scale change management.
