Role Description We are looking to hire ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. Our offer includes: - A salary while you build your startup as you will directly be employed by us. - Alternatively, you can opt for up to €500k in funding. - 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders on a weekly basis. - Access to the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors. - Support in hiring top-notch talent through our network of over 50,000 professionals. - Assistance in reaching product-market-fit and building up a sales force/marketing machine. - Funding support for securing a multi-million euro funding round within 12 months (on average, EWOR Fellows raise > €2M after our Grand Pitch). - One of our fellows set a record for Europe’s largest pre-seed round by a first-time founder, securing a €12M pre-seed investment. Your tasks will include: - Owning, building, and running your startup in fields such as Logistics. - Embarking on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders. - Receiving support in hiring through our network and advice from serial entrepreneurs. - Getting intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding. - Iterating your product until reaching product-market-fit and receiving support in building a sales force or marketing engine. - Being based in Europe or the Americas or being open to relocate. - Taking full responsibility for your own startup and scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. - Having excellent communication skills in the English language. • Tell the story of transformation: You'll craft the narratives, such as newsletters, microsites, executive briefings, and business cases, that make our CXAI ambition tangible and exciting. You simplify the complex, turn data into decisions, and make people feel the urgency of where we're going. • Drive measurable outcomes: You're fluent in the metrics that matter: CSAT, first contact resolution, cost to serve, revenue per contact. You connect every technology investment to movement in those numbers and build ROI frameworks that secure stakeholder buy-in at the highest levels. • Lead the transformation roadmap: You'll own the CXAI transformation roadmap end-to-end, including critical paths, deployment sequencing, adoption milestones, and build the scorecards and prioritization tools that keep a global organization focused and accountable. • Build capability at scale: You design leadership programs, offsites, and team experiences that shift culture and build AI-first capabilities across the organization. You manage headcount planning, performance scorecarding, and direct budget ownership for the CX AI business unit, making investment decisions alongside senior leadership and holding accountability for how resources translate to outcomes. • Lead by example: You don't just plan the AI transformation, but you demonstrate it. You build templates and program practices that put our own CXAI tools to work, proving from the inside what an AI-powered organization actually looks like.
• Expand production within existing nationally contracted wholesale brokers and selectively establish new contracts • Identify and engage the producers, practice leaders, and teams actively placing target business • Position Futuristic Underwriters as a core, go-to market aligned with underwriting appetite and growth objectives • Execute consistent, purpose-driven in-person and virtual visits • Lead production, underwriting, and profitability discussions with clear, measurable outcomes • Build and execute actionable producer development plans with defined parameters • Deliver market intelligence and maintain disciplined documentation • Represent Futuristic Underwriters at targeted industry events • Execute initiatives that drive profitable growth
