• own product strategy and execution for CoLab’s AutoReview capabilities • partner closely with AI/ML Teams, Engineering, and Design to define and ship intelligent workflow experiences • identify high-value opportunities for automation and AI-assisted decision making within engineering reviews • conduct deep customer research to understand workflow pain points, trust barriers, and adoption patterns • define product requirements and make prioritization trade-offs across UX, technical feasibility, and business impact • use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product effectiveness and customer outcomes • help shape CoLab’s long-term AI product strategy • collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams to support launches, positioning, and customer adoption • drive clarity and momentum in highly ambiguous problem spaces

• Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for the Build Engineering Reviews team. • Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver thoughtful, scalable product experiences for engineering teams. • Build deep understanding of mechanical engineering review workflows and customer pain points. • Conduct customer research and work directly with users to uncover opportunities and validate solutions. • Translate complex technical and workflow challenges into clear product direction and priorities. • Write clear product requirements that help teams understand both the problem and desired outcome. • Drive alignment across product, engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams. • Use data, customer feedback, and product intuition to make informed prioritization decisions. • Help the team balance short-term customer needs with long-term product strategy and platform scalability.

• Bring real-world engineering expertise into CoLab’s product development process. • Work closely with Product and Design teams to improve engineering workflows inside CoLab. • Partner with customers to understand design review challenges, collaboration bottlenecks, and process gaps. • Review and validate product concepts through an engineering lens. • Help translate complex technical workflows into clear product requirements and user insights. • Support customer conversations, product demos, and feedback sessions when deep engineering context is needed. • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve how engineering knowledge is captured and operationalized within CoLab. • Stay close to emerging trends in mechanical engineering workflows, CAD collaboration, and AI-assisted engineering tools.

• Build and maintain UI features using React, TypeScript, and our internal component library • Work with product and design to translate user needs into front-end solutions • Develop, test, and ship changes regularly as part of sprint-based releases • Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end architecture decisions • Advocate for performance, accessibility, and usability across the platform • Collaborate with back-end and infrastructure teams to integrate APIs and optimize workflows • Help maintain and improve our testing practices using tools like Cypress or Playwright • Share your knowledge and learn from others — mentorship is a two-way street

• Become a key contributor in the backend development for 3D AutoReview features, from pipeline architecture to production delivery • Experiment with geometry parsing, quality detection, and context generation for 3D model review • Partner with backend, frontend, and product teams to drive the delivery of high-impact features with speed, quality, and cross-functional alignment. • Collaborate with ML teams to incorporate intelligence into the 3D review process • Develop extensible systems for custom rule creation and reference data in 3D AutoReview • Help set and maintain high technical standards across the team

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data systems • Contribute to frontend application development using modern web technologies • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, AI, and Engineering teams to ship high-impact product improvements • Improve system reliability, observability, performance, and developer tooling • Help shape technical direction, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices • Investigate and resolve complex production issues across the stack • Prototype quickly, gather feedback, and iterate based on customer and business needs • Mentor developers through collaboration, code reviews, and technical discussions

• Own end-to-end performance of our paid media program, with LinkedIn as the primary channel and additional investment across paid search, newsletters, and experimental channels. • Drive month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter growth in paid-sourced pipeline by continuously optimizing targeting, messaging, creative, and budget allocation. • Translate platform data and customer insights into strong creative briefs and campaign concepts, partnering with Brand Design to launch and continuously refresh high-performing image, carousel, and video ads based on real performance data. • Synthesize data across ad platforms, CRM, and sales insights to uncover the underlying drivers of campaign performance and turn those findings into sharper messaging and stronger creative. • Design and execute structured experiments in new or underutilized paid channels (e.g., Reddit, YouTube, others) to reach new audiences beyond our distribution footprint. • Report on performance in a way that explains not just what happened, but why.

• Lead and support a team of engineers building CoLab’s AI-powered Operator platform • Drive technical execution across applying LLMs, agentic workflows, vector search, retrieval systems AI guardrail models, and design data processing • Help the team rapidly test hypotheses and iterate toward product-market fit • Contribute technically through architecture guidance, code reviews, debugging, and hands-on problem solving • Partner closely with Product and Design to shape roadmap direction and execution strategy • Establish lightweight but effective planning and delivery practices • Coach and develop engineers across varying levels of experience • Create clarity and momentum in a product area where requirements and solutions evolve quickly

• Focus on the pre-sales experience, partnering with prospective customers to evaluate CoLab and understand how it fits into their workflows and engineering challenges. • Work with existing customers to drive complex deployments and transform how teams collaborate. • Prepare and deliver engaging, specific demos that showcase how CoLab addresses customer pain points and delivers unique value. • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to solve challenging customer problems across diverse mechanical design and engineering use cases. • Understand a customer’s current-state workflows, pain points, and how they map to business outcomes. • Be a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, on what is possible with AI in the context of mechanical engineering today, and in the future. • Share customer insights with Product to ensure we’re always building what our customers need.

• Execute product launches by translating campaign strategy into clear messaging, briefs, and launch assets. • Own messaging for features and bundled releases, including launch emails, conference talks, presentations, and social posts. • Partner with Product Management to understand the roadmap and own all launch logistics. • Partner with GTM Enablement to produce educational materials for CoLab’s Sales and Customer Success Teams. • Own messaging and effectiveness for key website pages, including product, feature, and use case pages. • Build deep expertise in competitive solutions and support high-stakes competitive deals. • Contribute to ongoing product content between launches, not just at major release moments. • Review and elevate messaging across marketing, especially for technical or product-focused content.
