Role Description This role is responsible for the effective recruitment and selection of qualified candidates by liaising with all hiring Managers and coordinating the hiring process end to end utilizing both the ATS and external platforms. - Manage full-cycle recruitment from job post, conduct pre-screening, coordinate and attend interviews, preparing final offers and close requisition for US, Mexico, and Canada. - Sourcing qualified candidates to build pipelines of candidates for current or future needs. - Collaborate with hiring managers when setting qualification criteria and advise of possible challenges. - Host and participate in job fairs both in person and virtual. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Apply your skills with Microsoft utilizing programs such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook. - Demonstrate your meticulous attention to detail by ensuring accuracy and decision making. - Driven by results working in a fast-paced environment. - Maintain a well-organized calendar to balance meetings, tasks, and future initiatives. - Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field. - Minimum 3 years of human resources experience specializing in Recruitment and Selection. - Experience with applicant tracking systems. - Positive track record of handling sensitive and confidential issues. - Experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee retention. - In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and regulations including labour laws as it pertains to new hires. - Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills. - Effective consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills. - Intermediate MS Office knowledge. - Bilingual – Spanish/English. - Valid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other office locations in CAD/USA/MEX.
