• Support the administrative and operational management of HR activities • Administer employee processes: analyze recruitment needs, draft and publish job adverts and contracts, process applications, and carry out recruitment • Welcome and onboard new employees and manage administrative correspondence (employment agreements, certificates, end-of-employment documents, etc.) • Collaborate with various HR teams: Training team on training needs, Coaching team on monitoring employee skills, Projects team on administrative project follow-up • Participate in establishing partnerships with educational institutions
