Role Description We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to run full-cycle enterprise deals at Adthena. There's no presales team — you own the demo, the business case, and the close. - Full-cycle deal management — discovery, multi-threading, product demos, ROI business cases, proposals, negotiation, and contract execution - $1M ARR annual quota with a 30% win rate from opportunity creation and average sales cycles under 100 days - New logo acquisition across your assigned vertical(s), engaging C-level to C-2 decision-makers at enterprise organisations - Champion building — identifying personal wins, testing whether they'll sell internally, and co-creating business cases that quantify real cost and risk - Self-sourced pipeline — you'll generate ~20% of your own opportunities. The rest comes from your BDR and Marketing. Qualifications - 3+ years closing enterprise SaaS deals in the $50–100k range with multi-stakeholder buying committees and 60–120 day sales cycles - Consistent quota attainment — you've hit 100%+ in at least 2 of your last 3 years - You quantify pain, not just identify it — on a live call you're doing the math with the prospect. - You know how to build a real champion — someone with a personal win at stake, who'll sell for you internally. - You're comfortable owning the full sales motion — demo, business case, negotiation. - You've sold against "do nothing" — our biggest competitor is the status quo, not a rival vendor. - You've worked in a structured sales methodology — MEDDPICC, Sandler, Command of the Message, or similar. - You're genuinely curious about the domain — you'll need to learn Google Ads and paid search well enough to have credible conversations with practitioners. - You want to be part of building something — not just carry a bag. Strategic Account Executive, Education
ezCaterezCater is the world’s largest online marketplace for business catering.
• Build and execute an Account Plan with the goal of acquiring net new orderers, locations, and product adoption, either in new or existing account relationships. • Own Account relationships from end to end, ultimately driving for full adoption and utilization of ezCater solutions. • Deliver accurate weekly reporting on pipeline and customer spend adoption, including account status updates and insights learned during deployment and account maintenance. • Provide strategic account engagement that helps customers implement solutions that solve industry-specific procurement/food for work challenges. • Drive and accelerate spend adoption by advising customers on best practices for using ezCater solutions. • Focus on automating service needs for customers, while working with Product and Technical teams to develop solutions that will increase solution adoption. • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal ezCater teams, including Product, Technical, and Category Management teams. • Represent ezCater at various customer facing events, including but not limited to industry-focused conferences, tradeshows or other general opportunities. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
