Job Description

Inside Sales Representative

New Era Technology

• Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for enterprise customers. • Lead demand generation activities with existing enterprise customers to upsell strategic solutions from New Era’s strategic solution portfolio. • Achieve monthly and daily goals • Develop and cultivate client relationships with both existing and new customers. • Respond to customer requests in a timely manner. • Update CRM with accurate information regarding customer profiles, opportunity information and contract information. • Support agreement renewals of enterprise customers with delivered services and solutions, as required • Participate collaboratively in Sales Operations team meetings, as required

Job Requirements

  • BS in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
  • Proven work experience in business operations, sales operations, or inside sales
  • Proven strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English through written and verbal channels.
