Qualifications - Experience developing test scripts and plans; - Candidate must be able to handle a fast paced environment and multitask; - Experience working on an agile team; - Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances is required; - Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business field; - Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features; - Experience in a Managed Services environment; - Working knowledge of configuration management and ITIL; - Experience designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architecture implementer on a mature installation; - Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures and software, and including knowledge of ServiceNow; - Demonstrated experience assisting with ServiceNow configuration and deployment; - Effectively collaborate with other engineers remotely; - Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
